Estar has led clinics in composition and voice at numerous Southern Michigan Universities, the Ypsilanti District Library, and ChiArts (Chicago). She has taught voice, improvisation, and composition since 2011 at her private studio, Oz's Music (Ann Arbor), Milford Music (Highland, MI), and most recently, Expressions (Canton, MI). In 2015, she began work with Northern Michigan's Earthwork Music, an organization with whom she has taught singing and songwriting at various after-school programs (elementary-high school) and at their annual summer camp.

Personal Philosophy: My greatest mentors have opened pathways to discover my own voice in art and music. I strive to create an environment in which my students can take risks, work creatively, and most importantly, be themselves. As an educator, my promise to my students is that I will always be engaged and active in the music community. In other words, as you grow, I grow. I accept students of all ages (beginner piano, and beginner-advanced voice). My specialities include songwriting, arranging, and jazz performance. I work with what my students are interested in, whether it be folk, classical, pop, etc, while exposing them to new genres and techniques.
